I was able to travel to Eilat recently and just had to try the fro yo, especially when called gourmet. The store is on the boardwalk along the Red Sea. It is insanely hot in the summer so be prepared to eat your fro yo quickly. At Yogurt Bar you pick your flavor and toppings and then they are mixed together in a machine similar to a blizzard or Mcflurry, though much better quality. I choose the original tart with lots of different and exotic fruits such as passion fruit, papaya, guava etc.

Quality:
The yogurt was delicious. It was just the right amount of creamy and tart. The mix-ins add a little something extra to the flavor and texture which makes it even more delightful.
Variety: 
There are only a few flavors of yogurt, but I gave such a high swirl rating because there are countless combinations of toppings you can mix in which changes the flavor.
Variety of Toppings:
I love having fruit with my yogurt and Yogurt Bar offers countless fruits not offered in the US so I find the toppings very unique. The fruit is also extremely fresh which makes it that much better. But don't worry there are plenty of candies and syrups for those who want a more dessert experience.
Ambiance:
The store is very modern, but also very busy. As I mentioned earlier it is located on the boardwalk which is busy all day and night. With the temperature in the 80s at night Fro Yo is always a good option in Eilat so the store is always packed. I don't enjoy the busyness of the store and the lack of tables, but the fact that you can walk a few meters and sit and dip your toes in the Red Sea makes it one amazing location.
